• Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials.
• Property & Utility Records: Room details, tenant names, contact info, rental billing data, and utility meter logs.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to power monetization, analytics, and advertising within the app:

• RevenueCat: Used to process and manage in-app subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat collects purchase transaction histories and App User IDs to validate and maintain your premium access. For more details, please review the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP addresses, and diagnostic data to deliver personalized or non-personalized interest-based advertising. 3. Data Security

Your data is securely transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on cloud infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to Profile Settings > Delete Account inside the Kuwarto app.
• Email Request: Contact us directly at juliusv.dev+support@gmail.com. Upon request, your profile, rooms, invoices, and utility records will be permanently removed from our servers.
